The Australasian Sleep Association(ASA) is awarding up a $500 prize to the best published paper in the field of sleep research by an ASA member from 1 July - 31 December 2017. This prize aims to showcase and drive wider knowledge exchange for current sleep research, our members and the wider community. We invite all ASA sleep researchers to participate. Everyone will benefit from greater exposure, while the winner (as voted openly by researchers and the public) will also receive $500.
To apply you must be a member of the Australasian Sleep Association (ASA), be the first or corresponding author and have published a paper in the field of sleep research between 1 June - 31 December 2017 (either in print or Epub/pre-print, ahead of print). If you would like to join the ASA click here.
How to Apply?
Simply share a summary about your research paper/implications and add a PubMed link and/or DOI or repository link so anyone can access your paper to learn more. You have the option to upload a summary video about the research to engage a wider audience with your work. If you would like to create a video, check out our guide for hints or check out some of the hundreds of research videos submitted to other Thinkable competitions.
How will the prize be judged?
Once submissions close, the voting stage will open to the wider sleep community.
We encourage all researchers to become a part of the Thinkable community of verified scientists and PhDs by Registering as a Researcher.
